Abundant Life is also known as ‘Life to the Full’ and is a self-study course which uses programmed instruction so that students can do the lessons alone at home.
Personal study is complemented and deepened by regular meetings with a trained counsellor from the church who uses the SEAN manual to guide him/her in this work. Ideal for discipling new believers or reinforcing basic teaching with more mature believers.
The course has been used with much blessing by tens of thousands of students from different denominations in many countries around the world. Abundant Life has been translated into more than 70 languages.
Abundant Life is a nurture course for new believers, which teaches the basic Christian doctrines and how to apply them to our lives. It is being used in many parts of the world for the instruction of new Christians and as a refresher course.

It is specially aimed at the non-academic but is useful for all types of people. The lessons in this Student Workbook are planned so that the student can do them alone at home on a step-by-step basis. They should be used under the guidance of a Group Leader, following the companion Group Leader’s Guide, either on a one-to-one basis or in a group meeting.
