TEE is designed for the local church-based discipleship training.
TEE helps to empower the disciples for service and equips His people for Ministry. This structured pathway helps believers keep growing as a disciple. As a believer grows up on the pathway he does not grow in isolation and is also able to influence others as they mature in Christ.
TEEM provides TEE courses and training modules that can multiply disciples in accordance with 2 Timothy 2:2.: And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.
It is vital to make sure that the churches in Malaysia are not only growing in quantity but growing in quality, and that it is mature and led by spiritual and well-trained leaders. Consider the systematic and structured TEE courses.
The TEE Road map for discipleship
TEE courses are available in multiple languages at different levels and for each phase of discipleship:
(a)Introductory Foundation Level (Believing and Embracing) – TEE Courses for discipling new believers exploring the faith or reinforcing basic teaching with more mature believers to embrace Christ’s teaching.
(b)Foundation Level (Becoming and Growing) – TEE Courses for believers to establish their faith to prepare them for ministry and service in the local church. The teaching of Pastoral Theology prepares believers for serving in the local church.
(c)Advance Level (Maturing and Serving) – TEE Courses for mature believers which are intended to prepare them for ministry. These training modules are to equip them for leadership and empower them for serving in the local church.
(d)Practical Courses – Courses addressing specific skill developments in topics relating to Christian life.
Note: Each TEE course comes with a separate Group Leader’s guide (for trained facilitators/Group leaders only) to accompany the student’s book.
