(Group Leaders Training (GLT) (October 28 & November 11, 2023)
The Training is to help you understand the role as a facilitator leading small Bible study groups which is to guide the Group Meeting and to ask good questions. The primary aim is to equip facilitators to help others learn the Bible effectively. The techniques are to help group members to share their understanding, listen to each other, learn together from God’s Word, and work towards applying their learning in Practical Application.
You will receive guidance, view videos on common mistakes, and learn to facilitate in a better way. There will be practical experience in leading Bible study during the Group Leaders Training held online. It will be very interactive, and you will be required to do some preparatory work before you come so we canmake themost of ourtime together. TEEM will send you the Study materials and Lessons for the homework as soon as we receive your confirmation. It should only take you 1-2 hours to complete.

Reading the Bible on a regular and consistent basis has several benefits. First, the Bible shows us God’s character and provides us with God’s revelation of Himself to His people. In each section of the Bible, we see God’s holy, unchanging, faithful, gracious, and loving character.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Abundant Light (the Big Picture) gives an excellent grounding in overall knowledge and understanding of all the books of the Bible and how they fit together to give us a wonderful picture of God’s plan for mankind. This course gives an overview of the Bible, its books, topics, and principal doctrines. It is packed with interesting facts about the Bible and yet it is also deeply devotional. The student is given practical instruction on how to study the Bible for him or herself and to go on exploring its riches for successful Christian living.
Time Frame –
The course consists of 10 classes (virtual), to be conducted fortnightly over a period of five (5)months. It will be done via Zoom with an opportunity for discussion and sharing on the application of spiritual truths in our Christian Living
